In-Person Personalized Training gives access to professional guidance on a variety of fitness topics. Training and supervision are offered on creating goals, prescribing exercises, avoiding injuries, progressing through exercises and ongoing support.

A personal nutrition plan is created for the client to tailor their needs, in ways that are safe and effective and easy to follow. This includes macros and supplements that support a 3-month consistent plan.
